These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cedarwyx platform and website operated by Cedarwyx Technologies Inc. ("Cedarwyx", "we", "us", or "our"), 200 Bay Street, Suite 1400, Toronto, ON M5J 2J2, Canada. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Cedarwyx provides a digital workspace platform including data analysis, automated insights, a personal dashboard, and related digital tools. Access to the platform is subject to a review and approval process as described on the Platform Features page.

2. Eligibility

By using the Cedarwyx platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the platform is limited to purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Access and Account

Access to the platform is granted following a review of your access request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Cedarwyx immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
  • Use the platform for any purpose not described or intended by its documented features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Cedarwyx platform and website are the property of Cedarwyx Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. No Warranties

The Cedarwyx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from its use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cedarwyx Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

Cedarwyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
